Testimonials
Perhaps the most skilled, intelligent, and caring medical professional I have ever met. I have had dozens of doctors and therapists over the years, but no one has ever listened as intently as Jessica. She has improved my mental and physical health beyond what I could ever have expected. Jessica has an infinite well of knowledge and optimistic enthusiasm which not only helped my medical issues, but also influenced me to continue to improve myself. I cannot thank her enough, and I highly recommend her above anyone else. She has no equal.

Jessica was recommended to me after a fall that seriously injured my knee. At the initial visit, I was on crutches, wearing a full leg brace, and very nervous about physical therapy. My fears instantly vanished when she greeted me with such a warm smile and true compassion. Jessica quickly assessed the injury and developed a long term plan. Our sessions were always uplifting. She gave me home exercises to help with strengthening. Most importantly, she listened and encouraged more than any doctor I have ever encountered. Jessica has a way of motivating and getting you to believe you can overcome any obstacle. Her patience is unsurpassed. Through her knowledge and expertise, my knee is stronger than ever! Even better, I learned invaluable information about health and fitness. I have been able to complete several 5K's and I still use many of the exercises in my daily fitness routine. So travel near or travel far for her services and you will be rewarded with the best possible care!

I’ve worked with Jess for 3 different issues and have great success each time. Originally saw her for abdominal separation and lower back pain after birthing twins. She showed me very effective methods that worked wonders. I went back a few years later for shoulder pain that I hurt in a yoga class. She showed me that my posture was off and my shoulders were rolled forward which is how I got hurt. She helped me correct my posture and all the shoulder pain went away. While I was there I mentioned my popping elbow. It had popped for 10+ years. She started digging into it and working her magic and it was completely healed and never popped again.
Not only is Jess an amazing physical therapist, she’s very personable and is truly passionate about helping people. She offered suggestions for other areas in my life also. She’s very curious and loves learning new methods on improving life. She did a whimhof method with me one appointment and it was very cleansing. Her positive attitude and excitement for happiness and balance is contagious!
